Educated at the universities of Aberystwyth and London, Judith started an independent award-winning Thames Valley public relations consultancy in 1988 and has held senior positions in marketing and communications for over 30 years including Head of PR at the Natural History Museum, London.

She was Dean of the Rotary Representatives to the United Nations and International Agencies from 2020-2024 leading a team of 30 Rotary “Ambassadors” and is Rotary Representative to the Commonwealth. Judith has led Rotary delegations to COP26, COP27 and COP28. Judith has worked on advocacy for polio eradication for more than 25 years and is Coordinator of Rotary International Polio Eradication Advocacy Task Force, UK National Advocacy Adviser for Polio and is Vice Chair of International PolioPlus Committee (IPPC) which recommends grants to WHO and UNICEF up to $150million annually.

She has represented Rotary International at World Health Assembly and WHO Executive Board meetings, since 2013 and Commonwealth Health Ministers Conferences, and Commonwealth Heads of Government meetings since 2015, and World Health Summit in 2019. Additionally, she has organized many polio advocacy and media events at the Houses of Parliament, European Parliament and Chatham House. She is Vice Chair Emeritus of the Rotary Action Group Against Slavery, a member of the International Advisory Board of Commonwealth Centre for Digital Health, a member of RISE Advisory Board (Routine Immunisation to Secure Eradication), and a Trustee of The Rivertime Boat Trust. Judith has wide experience with local community work and has volunteered for many organizations and charities nationally and internationally raising awareness and millions of pounds. She received the Rotary Service Above Self Award in 2016. Judith was District Governor of Rotary District 1090 in 2012-13, President of Windsor St George Rotary Club in 2008 and is now a member of Rotary Club of London. Elected a Councillor for Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in 2016-2019. Awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire by HM Queen Elizabeth for services to charity, and an Honorary Fellowship by Aberystwyth University, Wales in 2019 and was inducted as Freeman of the City of London in 2023.
